Too often, residents and small businesses find themselves overwhelmed by zoning laws and outmatched by developers with deep pockets and pricey consultants. I believe local communities should have a real say in their future. My goal is to help individuals, HOAs, and local businesses understand the zoning process, build strong cases, and advocate effectively for their interests.
After working as a zoning official for Winston-Salem, Walkertown, Lewisville, Clemmons, and other Piedmont Triad local governments and seeing how the system works, I knew I could help. Now, I use my expertise to level the playing field for everyday people, ensuring their voices are heard and their communities are protected.

No, I offer no guarantees on the outcome of permits, zoning cases, or other zoning actions. The Planning Departments, Planning Boards, and Elected Officials control this process, but I do guarantee that together we’ll have the knowledge to best represent your point of view.
